General terms and conditions

Qatar Airways Holidays’ Terms & Conditions of booking (“Booking Conditions”) have to be reviewed and accepted by any customer who is or may be considering the booking of any holiday booking (“Holiday Booking”) including any persons who are booking together (“Customer”) prior to payment for a Holiday Booking to be accepted and confirmed. All persons travelling together will be deemed to have understood and agree with the Booking Conditions. When a Holiday Booking is received through a travel agent, the Customer will be deemed to have understood and agree with the Booking Conditions.

Your Holiday Booking is governed by the Booking Conditions as set out below and by the business terms under which the Holiday Booking is made.

Booking & Payment

  • The Booking Conditions apply to all Holiday Booking including Web-sales, Call Centre bookings or through the nearest Qatar Airways Holidays’ shop.
  • Special conditions apply to group bookings for more than 9 travelers. Qatar Airways Holidays to be contacted for inquiries.
  • Discounts may apply to Privilege Club Member (QRPLATINUM, QRGOLD and QRSILVER) subject to change by Qatar Airways Holidays. Often, cannot be combined with other discount types and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and special offers.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking for confirmation of the Holiday Booking and the issuance of E-tickets and vouchers by Qatar Airways Holidays. In the event of such condition not being met, booking will not be honored.
  • Payments online using Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club & Discover are accepted. Qatar Airways Holidays accept major Debit cards except those issued by banks in Qatar that do not support internet transactions.
  • At our Qatar Airways Holidays’ shops we accept: Cash, Credit Cards and all Debit cards.
  • Holiday Bookings shall be made by Customers above 18 years old at the date of the booking.
  • All Holiday Bookings are subject to, and shall be made in accordance with, the individual terms and conditions and booking requirements of the hotels, tour operators, suppliers and/or handling agents as applicable. Qatar Airways Holidays shall have no liability to Customer in respect of any loss or damage caused as a result of the booking not being made in compliance with such terms and conditions, including but not limited to any minimum age requirements.
  • Customers below the age of 21 years old at the date of the booking are advised to enquire directly with the hotels, tour operators, suppliers and/or handling agents to ensure that they comply with the minimum age requirements and are eligible to the Holiday Booking.

  • Charges may apply to subsequent /cancellations as per the cancellation policy applicable to land services by vendor and/ or as per the applicable fare rules of the flights. Details of the applicable cancellation policy will be provided at the time of the Holiday Booking and stated under the “important information” icon.
  • Charges may apply to subsequent alterations/amendments as per the applicable rules displayed at the time of the Holiday Booking in addition to a service fee of QAR 100 or equivalent shall apply All changes are subject to availability of rooms and/or flights on the new dates.
  • Once the travel has commenced there is no refund available on partially used Holiday Bookings. For fully unutilized Holiday Bookings, any refund will be subject to Qatar Airways Holidays receiving a refund from the hotel or supplier and administration fees of 7% will apply.
  • Qatar Airways Holidays reserves the right to levy 7% service and handling charges on an individual Holiday Booking basis, even if a Holiday Booking is cancelled within the acceptable period.
  • Transfers and tours once confirmed are non-refundable. Cancellation of the service will result in 100% charges. Cancellation policy is subject to supplier's terms and conditions.

Availability & rates

  • Qatar Airways Holidays reserves the right to revise prices should there be a major fluctuation in rates of exchange, airfares or both.
  • Any applicable local city taxes to be paid directly at the hotel.
  • All prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice. Hotels and overseas suppliers reserve the right to amend the price of a package, if affected by circumstances beyond their control and hence increasing the price accordingly. Any increase in price would have to be paid prior to departure. Such increase will not normally apply when a Holiday Booking is confirmed after full payment is received.
  • Every effort will be made to confirm a Holiday Booking exactly as per the Customer’s request; however in case of non-availability, Qatar Airways Holidays reserves the right to offer similar alternatives.
  • In the event hotels, overseas tour operators, suppliers & handling agents exercise the right to amend, alter, change or withdraw any tour, excursion, itinerary, holiday package or booked facility, the Customer shall have the right to (i) accept and continue with the tour or Holiday Booking as amended or altered (ii) decline the alternative hotel, tour or holiday which the tour operator, supplier or handling agent may offer. In neither of these cases shall Qatar Airways Holidays be liable to the Customer for damage, additional expense or consequential loss suffered by the Customer.

Limitation of Liability

  • Qatar Airways Holidays makes and confirms Holiday Bookings on behalf of hotels, overseas tour operators, suppliers and handling agents providing accommodation, travel, cultural and/or sporting activities or other services acting as independent contractors and not as agents or employees of Qatar Airways Holidays. Hence, Qatar Airways Holidays has limited liabilities only in terms of the arrangements directly under its control.
  • Qatar Airways Holidays shall under no circumstances be liable to the Customer or any person travelling with him/her for (i) any death, personal injury, property damage, sickness, accident, loss, delay, increased expense, consequential loss or any misadventure howsoever caused, (ii) any act, omission, default of any hotelier, carrier, overseas tour operator, suppliers, handling agents or other person or by any servant or agent employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage, facility, any cultural and/or sporting activity, or any other service for the Customer or for any person traveling with him/her howsoever caused, (iii) the temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused.
  • The Customer participating in any cultural or sporting activity provided by any hotels, overseas tour operator, suppliers and handling agents fully acknowledges, understands and assumes the risk(s) involved by such activities including the risks of death or injury to himself/herself and damage to his/her property or to any persons traveling with him/her and their property. The hotels, overseas tour operators, suppliers and handling agents providing activities or services which include a risk of such nature may at their own discretion, require the Customer to sign their liability waiver prior to, and as condition of, participating in the activity or service they offer.
  • Qatar Airways Holidays shall not be responsible nor deemed to be accountable by default for any delays or interruptions in the performance of its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control or not occasioned by its fault of negligence, which includes acts of God or the public enemy, war, civil war, warlike operations, blockade, terrorism, insurrections or riots, fires, flood (unusually) severe weather conditions, epidemics or quarantine, restrictions, any political or government, strikes or labor unrest causing cessation, slow down or interruption of work (collectively “the Force Majeure events”).
  • In the event the Customer is not satisfied with the hotel or room on check-in, a complaint needs to be registered onsite with the hotel front-office, so that it may be addressed, locally by the hotel. In the event the Customer chooses to check-out, refund (if any) shall be subject to the approval of the hotel. In the event of disputes over such and all other circumstances, Qatar Airways Holidays will offer all reasonable assistance but will not be responsible for carriage of any claims and for any compensation.

Specifications and preferences

  • While hotels offer triple-share occupancy rates, the room provided is generally a typical double room with an extra bed or a rollaway bed, for the third person. Such triple share arrangements may reduce the space in the room and could cause some discomfort.
  • Bed types provided in the room are subject to availability and at the discretion of the hotel. Qatar Airways Holidays will not be held liable for non-availability of requested bed type.
  • The categorization of hotels, resorts and other types of accommodation is generally done by the Tourism body of the respective country and the process of the rating/grading used to categorize the properties may not necessarily conform to international standards, Qatar Airways Holidays does not take responsibility if the rating/grading of the hotel does not conform to international standards.
  • Car rentals are based on the vehicle category and not by car make or model. The vehicle category/group is only a classification-system, used by car rental companies, according to the vehicles in the fleet, based on the size and number of doors and is an indication of the vehicle features, seating and luggage capacity which should be used as a guideline only. At the time of collection of the car, a valid credit card (for guarantee) and an international driving license has to be provided, however these terms are subject to change. Refer to respective booking terms at the time of selecting the service.
  • The standard check-in time at the hotels is after 1400 hours on the day of arrival (local time in the destination) and check-out time is 12 noon on the day of departure, certain properties may have different policies and shall be adhered to.
  • Late check-out subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed, charges may apply locally by the hotels.

Travel Documents

  • It is the responsibility of the Customer to obtain and carry a valid passport and other travelling documents including visas (Multiple entry visas are recommended), permits, vaccination certificates, etc. Qatar Airways Holidays shall not be liable for any inconvenience, expense, loss or damage of any kind, if incurred by the Customer due to failure of obtaining or producing such documents.

Service and handling charges

  • All Holiday Bookings are subject to a non-refundable service charge of QAR 100 or equivalent per Holiday Booking and/or any amendment of existing bookings. (Web-bookings are excluded).

Insurance

  • Qatar Airways Holidays strongly recommends the purchase of an adequate holiday insurance to cover unforeseen eventualities.

Limitations on Use

  • All information contained in this website has been provided to Qatar Airways Holidays by tourism boards, destination management companies, suppliers and hoteliers. While every reasonable effort has been taken to ensure that the information contained herein is accurate, Qatar Airways Holidays does not take responsibility for any information provided by third parties and/or changes to such information.

Data protection policy

  • Any personal data has been given to us for the purpose of purchasing a Holiday Booking, making a hotel reservation, booking ancillary services, facilitating immigration and entry requirements and making such data available to government agencies in connection with the Holiday Booking. For these purposes, Customers authorize us to retain and use such data to transmit it to our own offices, suppliers, authorized agents, government agencies, other carriers or the providers of such services, in whatever the country they may be located in accordance with Qatar Airways Holidays’ Privacy Notice.

Complaints & Feedback

  • We are conscious of the expectations of our Customers and certainly try our best to meet such expectations. While all our team members are professionally trained and entrusted to deliver outstanding levels of customer care, we take Customer feedback and reports seriously and such priorities are taken into account in our desire to provide the best possible service for continuous improvement. All complaints should be submitted in writing to Qatar Airways Holidays within 30 days of return. Qatar Airways Holidays may reject any claims after the valid time frame.

Domestic staff, company sponsored and other workers quarantine packages terms and conditions

  • Domestic staff, company sponsored and other workers quarantine packages are exclusively reserved for domestic staff, company sponsored and other workers returning to Qatar for a mandated period of 10 days quarantine.
  • Domestic staff, company sponsored and other workers quarantine packages can be booked online for up to 9 guests (maximum 3 per single booking). 10 guests or more of same gender can be booked as a group:
  • Bookings for Mekaines Motel Quarantine Packages should only be made if your Exceptional Entry Permit shows ‘Type of Quarantine : Mukaynis / Mekaines’
  • Group bookings follow specific payment terms. Please contact us for more information. Domestic staff, company sponsored and other workers quarantine packages consist of:
    • Your chosen accommodation for 10 nights
    • Transfer from the airport to your accommodation. A transfer coach operates throughout the day and may involve a wait at the airport.
    • Full board – breakfast, lunch and dinner
    • Non-refundable mobile phone with SIM card received at Qatar Duty Free after clearing customs
    • Data SIM card received at your accommodation
    • Any additional stay in the accommodation if mandated by MOPH in case of a positive test for Covid-19, up to an additional 14 nights
    • Each of the above items are included in the package and are mandatory. There is no reduction in price or refund if you wish to remove any of the items.
  • Gender (Male / Female), Religion (Muslim / Non-Muslim) and special dietary requirements are mandatory requirements to book.
  • Bookings can be made up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
  • Bookings must be paid in full to be confirmed.
  • Offer applicable to the selected accommodation category only (single use room or shared accommodation).
  • No discounts apply (promo or voucher codes).
  • Starting-from price mentioned is based on one guest staying in shared accommodation unless the offer states otherwise.
  • Price and availability of all quarantine packages are subject to change without prior notice.
  • In order to redeem this offer it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the following information accurately, and to be able to produce the documents on request at any stage of travelling from your current destination to the accommodation:
    • Qatar ID
    • Confirmation voucher as sent by Qatar Airways Holidays
    • Exceptional Entry Permit
  • Qatar Airways Holidays will not be liable for any inconvenience, expense, loss or damage of any kind if incurred by the customer due to the failure to provide accurate information at the time of booking, or failure to produce such documents when requested.
  • Luggage space is limited to one piece of checked in luggage and one piece of hand luggage per passenger.
  • Additional luggage allowance is available to be pre-booked at an additional price. If a customer has not pre-booked the correct amount of luggage, they will be charged accordingly.
  • Once a booking is confirmed, no amendments to quarantine packages can be made.
  • Cancellations will be refunded in full up to 14 days before arrival. All cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are subject to 50% cancellation charges with the following exceptions
    • Flight was cancelled or changed by the airline
    • Compassionate grounds, supported by some documentary evidence, such as a positive PCR result preventing travel
    • Exemption from quarantine granted upon arrival into Qatar
    • If you have received both doses of a vaccination and are no longer required to undertake hotel quarantine, you must advise us within 48 hours of arrival.
  • Exceptional cancellation policy is as follows
    • Period: up to 14 days before arrival, upon customer request, no cancellation fee
    • Period: up to 48 hours before arrival, where customer provides exemption from MOPH due to vaccination, no cancellation fees
    • Period: within 48 hours of arrival, any exemption provided by MOPH or MOI, QAR 270 cancellation fee
  • Customers with existing 10-night Mekaines bookings that need to be rebooked for 7 nights will be refunded QAR 155 per person.
  • Rates are subject to change based on variations to the quarantine requirements, which is mandated by the government.
  • All refund requests should be addressed to DQMekaines@qatarairways.com.qa as per the current Discover Qatar policy.
  • *For Corporate Groups only, name changes are allowed up to 72 hours before arrival.

FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia and New Zealand 2023™ Travel Packages Terms and Conditions

General Conditions
1. All FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia and New Zealand 2023™ packages and their specific products (the “Package”) sold through Qatar Airways Holidays are subject to availability.
2. The Package includes:
a) Air Ticket
b) Accommodation
c) Optional Match Ticket(s)
3. All prices quoted are subject to change without notice.
4. The visa - if required - will be issued by the immigration authorities of the country(s) chosen and as such Qatar Airways and Qatar Airways Holidays are not responsible for any decision(s) by the immigration authorities in relation to the visa.
5. It is the responsibility of the Customer to obtain and carry a valid passport and other travelling documents including visas, permits, vaccination certificates, etc. Qatar Airways Holidays shall not be liable for any inconvenience, expense, loss or damage of any kind that may be, incurred by the Customer due to failure by the Customer to obtain or produce such documents.
6. In case of visa rejections, bookings stand confirmed and are non-amendable and non-refundable.
7. By making this booking you have accepted all terms and conditions which apply to the offer, in addition to conditions which may apply to the specific flights, accommodations, match tickets, applicable tours and services.
8. Full payment is required at the time of booking for confirmation and the issuance of E-tickets and vouchers. In the event of such condition not being met, the booking will not be honoured.
9. Bookings can only be made by customers above 18 years old at the time of booking.
10. We reserve the right to include price adjustments to the total caused by changes in the applicable VAT or tax rates, duties, levies or charges from those prevailing at the time of the confirmation.
11. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time in order to ensure compliance with applicable laws or any requirements of FIFA.
12. Applicable Terms and Conditions may vary depending on your country of origin.
13. Packages are non-refundable. Booking changes requested are subject to availability and subject to a handling fee of US $100 per booking. Change Fees will be invoiced in full and separately from the booking payment schedule.
14. Every effort will be made to confirm a booking exactly as per the Customer’s request; however, in case of no availability, Qatar Airways Holidays reserves the right to offer similar alternatives.
15. “No-Show” or “Early departure” will result in 100% of the total package cost being charged.
16. Notices: All notices, demands, requests or other communications (“Communications”) shall be in writing and shall be sent via registered mail or transmitted by hand delivery or e-mail to the address or details as provided at the time of booking.
17. Severability: If any provision or portion of any provision is held to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity and enforceability of the enforceable portion of any such provisions shall not be affected by this.
18. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. The parties shall endeavour in good faith to resolve any dispute arising from, and/or in connection with these Terms and Conditions by way of good faith discussion and negotiation. If the parties do not resolve any such dispute within fifteen (15) days from the date on which negotiations are initiated, the dispute shall be finally determined under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Qatar.
19. Force Majeure: The performance of these Terms and Conditions by either party is subject to acts of God, epidemic, pandemic, war, government action or decree, disaster, strikes (other than strikes by our staff), riot or civil disorder, acts of terrorism, curtailment of transportation facilities (to the extent such curtailment was beyond our reasonable control), inclement weather, the rescheduling or cancellation of the Event, its being held “behind closed doors”, origin or destination country border policy prevents travel, or its being relocated to another venue or any other emergencies beyond the affected party’s control making it illegal or impossible to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions. In the event that performance of these Terms and Conditions is not possible by reason of Force Majeure, neither party shall be deemed to be in breach of the terms of these Terms and Conditions and neither party shall then be obligated in any manner to the other with respect to such performance. Compensation will not be payable by either party. To the extent we recover monies from the Provider(s) we will refund such monies to you and we will use our reasonable efforts to obtain such recovery.
20. Insurance: you are responsible for arranging and obtaining your own travel insurance if required, including cancellation insurance. Qatar Airways Holidays cannot be responsible for any losses incurred by you to the extent we are unable to recover such monies.
21. Any personal data provided to us by you has been provided to Qatar Airways Holidays for the purpose of purchasing a Package, making a hotel reservation, booking ancillary services, facilitating immigration and entry requirements and making such data available to government agencies. For these purposes, you authorize us to retain and use such data to transmit it to our own offices, suppliers, authorized agents, government agencies, other carriers or the providers of such services, in whatever the country they may be located in accordance with Qatar Airways Holidays’ Privacy Notice.
22. An inherent risk of exposure to Covid-19 exists in any public place where people are present, including accommodation property. Covid-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness, temporary and permanent disability, and death. Pre-existing risk factors such as underlying medical conditions and advanced age may make certain individuals particularly vulnerable. By entering any accommodation property, you confirm that you and each of your guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to Covid-19. You further acknowledge and accept that it and each of your guests will follow any and all rules and/or protocols that may be implemented in order to attempt to reduce the spread of or the risk of contracting Covid-19 and that the inability or unwillingness to comply with such rules and/or protocols shall not entitle you or your guests to a refund or any other form of compensation.
23. All passenger names will be considered final once your booking is confirmed. Names should be inserted exactly the same as they appear in the passport document.
24. Packages do not include one-way or roundtrip transportation and/or domestic flights to/from stadiums located across Australia and New Zealand. If multiple match tickets are selected, please ensure you make separate arrangements for domestic travel between matches.


Accommodation
1. Your accommodation does not include, and Qatar Airways Holidays shall not under any circumstances be responsible for, any incidental charges incurred by or on behalf of the person(s) using the confirmed rooms, including but not limited to room service, minibar, laundry services, telephone calls and all corresponding service charges and taxes.
2. You or your guests may therefore be required by the accommodation upon check-in (arrival) to guarantee payment of incidental charges with a major credit card or cash deposit.
3. The standard check-in time at the hotels is after 15h00 hours on the day of arrival (local time in the destination) and check-out time is 11h00 hours on the day of departure. Certain properties may have different policies and these must be adhered to.
4. Please note all rooms are non-smoking unless otherwise specifically stated. If there is evidence of smoking in your room you may incur a deep cleaning fee charged to you by the Accommodation Provider.
5. A valid voucher and accommodation booking confirmation must be presented at the accommodation upon check-in to avail the room/s.
6. Maximum occupancy in a room depends on the chosen hotel’s terms and conditions.
7. Passengers below 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
8. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges.
9. Any special requests like bedding, smoking/non-smoking rooms, connecting / adjacent rooms, etc. are subject to accommodation availability, cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
10. Bedding configuration provided in the rooms are subject to availability and at the discretion of the hotel. Qatar Airways Holidays will not be held liable for non-availability of requested bed type.
11. The categorization of hotels, resorts and other types of accommodation is generally undertaken by the Tourism body in the country chosen, and the process of the rating/grading used to categorize the properties may not necessarily conform to international standards. Qatar Airways Holidays does not take responsibility if the rating/grading of the accommodation does not conform to international standards.
12. The accommodation provider may require us to provide the names and contact details of you and/or your guests in order to verify those who will be using the confirmed rooms. You acknowledge and agree that we may use, process and store such data for this purpose and provide it to the Accommodation Provider. You acknowledge your responsibility to obtain the written consent of each of your guests to use his data for the purpose described above.
13. Our liability to you: In order to supply the accommodation under these Terms and Conditions, contracts have been entered into with third party suppliers for which reasonable care and skill has been taken to ensure they are reputable. Our role after that point is to secure your booking at the Accommodation Provider’s property and although we will try to resolve matters where the Accommodation Provider has not complied with any of its obligations, we emphasise that we do not have control over or responsibility for the actual services provided to you by the Accommodation Provider or for the actions of it or its employees.
14. We shall not be liable for any loss, costs, expenses, fines, liabilities, direct or indirect damage, including any extrinsic, special, penal, punitive, exemplary or consequential damage or damages of any kind whatsoever (“Damage”) or howsoever caused in connection with your use of the Accommodation
15. Except to the extent otherwise expressly provided for in this Terms & Conditions, and to the extent permissible by law, we provide no warranties, whether express, tacit or implied, arising by operation of law or otherwise, in respect of any of the services provided to you. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. Your primary rights in the event the accommodation services are not performed properly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, shall be our assigning of our warranty claims, if any, against the respective accommodation provider to you. In any case the warranty shall be limited to the accommodation services being in accordance with the specification given by us.
16. The Terms and Conditions that apply on each booking are personal to you and you may not assign, transfer, subcontract or otherwise part with any benefits or obligations without our prior written consent, provided however that you may assign or transfer the right to use any service without our prior written consent. Please note that if you do allow someone else to use the confirmed services in accordance with this Clause then you agree to ensure that these Terms and Conditions will apply to that person also.
17. If you encounter a problem in relation to the services being supplied you should immediately inform the Accommodation Provider and also our own representative who will do what they can to resolve matters to your satisfaction. If the difficulty is not resolved at the time to your satisfaction you must ensure that you contact us in writing no later than three (3) days after your return. If you fail to advise us and/or the supplier promptly about such difficulties this may affect our ability to properly look into and resolve this matter for you.


Match Tickets
1. Your booking may include multiple match tickets. A single individual can purchase a maximum of ten (10) Tickets per Match for up to ten (10) Matches, and only for one single Match on any given Match day. Please make sure to check the Ticket Terms of Use, the Stadium Code of Conduct ,and the Ticket Terms of of Sale for General Public. 2.

Qatar Airways Holidays is the principal in the sale of Ticket Inclusive Travel Packages to Customers. However, FIFA Ticketing AG or FWWC2023 Pty Ltd, is the provider of any Ticket that forms an integral part of each Ticket Inclusive Travel Package and automatically becomes the principal in the sale of such Ticket. Customer further acknowledges and agrees that, based on this direct relationship, FIFA Ticketing AG and/or FWWC2023 Pty Ltd may exercise any of its rights with respect to Tickets being included in a Ticket Inclusive Travel Package pursuant to the Ticket Regulations.
5. You must not sell, offer for sale, resell or unauthorised use of Tickets, such as for prize competitions, promotions, sweepstakes, travel packages, hospitality packages and/or any other commercial purposes.
6. You acknowledge and agree to not acting, purporting to act, or advertising its ability to act, as an agent, facilitator or representative of a third party for the purchase, or purported purchase, of a Ticket Inclusive Travel Package (or any component of a Ticket Inclusive Travel Package) and/or Ticket(s) by the third party.
7. FIFA reserves the right to cancel any Ticket issued in the event of a failure to comply with the requirements set out in this Terms & Conditions.
8. You acknowledge and agree that the acquisition of Accessibility Tickets is subject to the availability of such Tickets for each Match.
9. You acknowledge and agree that all Ticket sales are final and that following the acquisition of a Ticket, Customer will not be able to cancel such acquisition or return any Ticket.
10. The format of Tickets (i.e., paper or mobile) to be issued shall be determined by FIFA.
11. You acknowledge and agree that neither Qatar Airways Holidays, FIFA, FWWC2023 Pty Ltd nor FIFA Ticketing AG shall be responsible for any lost or stolen Ticket following the supply of such Ticket.
12. You agree to comply with all the requirements established in any FIFA Competition regulations, including all of the specific requirements relating to Tickets set forth therein.
13. You acknowledge the importance of the control of the distribution of Tickets so as to: (i) prevent the creation of a secondary market (or “parallel market”) in the sale of Tickets, (ii) ensure that security procedures implemented by FIFA are not compromised by the unauthorised re-distribution of Tickets, (iii) ensure that Tickets are not used by entities other than Commercial Affiliates for Ticket promotions, and (iv) prevent Ambush Marketing in connection with Tickets.
14. You acknowledge and agree to not exploit the goodwill of the FIFA Competition, FIFA, FWWC2023 Pty Ltd or FIFA Ticketing AG.
15. You acknowledge and agree that FIFA, FWWC2023 Pty Ltd and/or FIFA Ticketing AG may (both during and/or after the Term) require Qatar Airways to provide the following information in relation to each Customer provided with a Ticket by or on behalf of Company pursuant to this Terms & Conditions: name; passport/ID card number; nationality; date of birth; ticket number; and block, seat and row number.
16. In the event that you fail to provide Personal Data, FIFA, FWWC2023 Pty Ltd and FIFA Ticketing AG reserve the right to cancel any relevant Ticket(s) and/or to refuse entrance to the Stadium, with no right to any refund. You acknowledge and agree that any such cancelled Ticket may be made available for re-sale by FIFA Ticketing AG or FWWC2023 Pty Ltd.
17. A FIFA Women’s World Cup™ Authority may carry out access controls and inspections at a Stadium. In the event that you attempt to use a Ticket at a Stadium and the personal details do not match any Personal Data provided with respect to such Ticket, the FIFA Women’s World Cup™ Authority expressly reserves the right to cancel the relevant Ticket(s) and/or to refuse entrance to the Stadium to you, with no right to any refund. You acknowledge and agree that any such Ticket may be made available for re-sale by FIFA Ticketing AG or FWWC2023 Pty Ltd.

Cancellation Policy
1. All packages are non-refundable and bookings may not be cancelled. You are advised to purchase travel insurance including events insurance to ensure that you are protected in the event of an emergency.
2. Packages are non-amendable, except for upgrades, and subject to a handling fee of USD 100 (or the equivalent in local currency). Upgrades or extensions are subject to approval, availability of packages, flights, match tickets and/or accommodation. If you would like to include additional packages in your booking, our Customer Care team will guide you accordingly, provided that all packages in your booking will have consecutive dates after the inclusion of additional packages. To modify your booking, please email our Customer Care team at fifawomensworldcup@qatarairways.com.qa. Rate differences may apply.
3. All passenger names will be considered final once your booking is confirmed. Names should be inserted exactly the same as they appear in the passport document.
