Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Quarantine Hotels for Qatar Airways passengers

Important update: Effective 5 March 2022

 

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia government has announced the following:
  • The resumption of flights arriving to the Kingdom from South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Eswatini, Mozambique, Malawi, Mauritius, Zambia, Madagascar, Angola, Seychelles, Comoros, Nigeria Ethiopia and Afghanistan
  • The end of both institutional and home quarantine requirements for all travellers entering the kingdom
 
 

Will I receive a full refund?

 
If you hold a Kingdom of Saudi Arabia hotel quarantine package with an arrival date of 6 March 2022 onwards, you will receive a full refund. You do not have to contact us to claim your refund as all eligible bookings will be processed automatically. Please note that refunds can take up to 21 days to appear in your account so please only contact us if you have not received your refund within this time.
